1. General information

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of services by AureoTrade Mariusz Krupka, registered in Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9491004152, REGON: 541440220, Zbigniewa Herberta 4/3, 42-224 Czestochowa, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider.”

By using the Service Provider's services, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of services

The Service Provider offers website verification services. The verification result may be positive (the website receives a name verified or certificate) or negative, depending on whether the verification criteria are met.

All services are provided entirely online and are subject to a one-time payment.

The offer is available to all — both individuals and businesses — regardless of industry or country of origin.

The Service Provider also operates an affiliate program that allows freelancers to acquire clients for the Service Provider.

3. Conditions of use

Using the services does not require creating a user account.

The User undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information. For minors, the consent of a legal guardian is required.

It is prohibited to:

1. provide false information,
2. impersonate others,
3. engage in abuse, spam, or trolling,
4. perform actions that are illegal or violate these Terms and Conditions.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

4. Payment

Payments are processed exclusively through the Stripe payment system in the following currencies:

1. PLN – for customers in Poland (PLN 129.99),
2. EUR – for international customers (EUR 29.99).

All prices include applicable taxes, which the Service Provider pays in accordance with the law.

Prices may be subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already paid for. Where legally required, customers will be notified of price changes via email.

5. Copyright and licenses

Content provided by the User during the verification process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service.

All materials available on the Service Provider's website are the property of the Service Provider, except for third-party resources (e.g., purchased templates, icons from Icons8, stock photos).

Copying Service Provider's materials without explicit permission is prohibited, unless the materials are sourced from resources to which rights are held by their original creators.

6. Liability

Services are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

1. any damages, including loss of profits,
2. indirect or direct losses resulting from the use of the services,
3. any negative impact of the verification result on the User's business activity.

The verification result, including comments or a percentage score, is solely the opinion of the Service Provider and does not constitute a guarantee of any kind.

7. Termination

The User may stop using the services at any time by contacting the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may terminate the provision of the service or delete the User's data without notice in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.

All disputes shall be resolved by competent common courts in Poland.

The Service Provider aims to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.

9. Final provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The date of the last update will always be published at the bottom of the document.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for interruptions in the provision of services resulting from force majeure.
